Privacy policy

FOLIO is operated at https://folio.bobochang.cn. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you sign in with Google or GitHub, browse works, save a folio, or create cards.

1. Google user data we receive

When you choose Sign in with Google, FOLIO requests only the basic identity scopes openid, email, and profile. We receive:

Google account ID
Email address
Display name
Public avatar URL, if one exists

We do not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or other sensitive Google data, and we do not keep reading your Google account in the background.

2. How we use it

We do not sell personal data, use Google account information for advertising, or give sign-in credentials to unrelated third parties.

Create and recognize your FOLIO account
Show your name and avatar on the site
Attach saved works, layers, finish plans, and export files to that account
Keep a sign-in session and end it when you sign out

3. Storage and sharing

We do not share your Google user data with other companies except where processing is required to provide this service.

Account details are stored in Cloudflare D1.
The sign-in session is an HttpOnly cookie in Cloudflare KV. In production the cookie name is __Host-folio_session.
Layers, previews, and export packages you upload are stored in Cloudflare R2.
Cloudflare provides the infrastructure. Google and GitHub provide sign-in.

4. Retention and deletion

Account details and saved content remain while the account exists. You can sign out at any time. To delete the account or related data, email the FOLIO support address shown on the Google consent screen and include the email you use to sign in. We handle the request within a reasonable time.

5. Cookies

After sign-in, the browser stores a session cookie so you stay signed in. That cookie is not used for cross-site advertising.
